Shipping, Returns & Policies

Paintings ship within the United States only. Shipping is chosen at checkout:

• Standard — $25. Arrives in roughly 5–10 business days.
• Priority — $50. Arrives in roughly 2–3 business days.

Each piece is packed by hand and insured for its purchase price. Delivery estimates begin when the parcel is collected by the carrier, which is usually within a few business days of your order while the painting is packed. Larger works may take a little longer to prepare — Rose will be in touch if that is the case.

Outside the US and interested in a piece? Get in touch and Rose will quote shipping individually.

If a painting is not right for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. No explanation needed.

• Tell us within the 30 days via the contact form, and we will confirm the return address.
• Return the piece in its original packaging (or equivalent protection), unaltered and undamaged.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except where the painting arrived damaged or was not as described — in which case we cover it.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the painting arrives back safely, typically within 5 business days.

Damaged in transit? Photograph the packaging and the painting and contact us as soon as you can. Every shipment is insured, and we will arrange a refund or replacement where possible — originals are one of a kind, so a refund is usually the outcome.

Commissioned pieces are made to your brief and are not covered by the 30-day return window. Commission terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

This site collects as little as possible. There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no advertising or tracking cookies.

• Contact form. Your name, email, subject, and message are delivered to Rose by email through Web3Forms. They are used to reply to you and nothing else.
• Purchases.Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never touch this site. Stripe shares your name, email, and shipping address with us so the painting can be sent.
• Hosting. The site runs on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability.
• Admin sign-in. Google sign-in is used only by the artist to manage the gallery. Visitors never need it.

We do not sell or share personal information. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, use the contact form.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before shipping, which is added at checkout.

• Every painting is a unique original. Once a piece is reserved for checkout it is held for 30 minutes; if payment is not completed it returns to the gallery automatically.
• A sale is complete when payment is confirmed by Stripe. You will receive a receipt by email.
• Colours can vary slightly between screens. Dimensions and medium listed on each painting's page are accurate.
• Copyright in every work remains with the artist. Buying a painting does not transfer reproduction rights.
